Upon request from clients, we also provide psychometric assessment. Psychometric assessments are scientific method of identifying the characteristic qualities that best fit certain positions. At the final stage of recruitment search, we conduct cross-reference checks that trace back to a candidate’s employment history, and gather true and fair feedback from his/her ex-employers.
